자동 수집
ScamLens 사용 시: IP 주소(해시 처리), 브라우저 유형, 방문 페이지, 도메인 쿼리.
계정 정보
계정 생성 시: 이메일, 표시 이름, 해시 비밀번호, OAuth 데이터.
커뮤니티 기여
신고 제출 시: 신고 도메인, 내용 및 유형, 표시 이름, 타임스탬프.
OrangeDuck 확장 프로그램
OrangeDuck Chrome 확장 프로그램 사용 시: 북마크 URL, 페이지 제목, AI 분석을 위한 페이지 콘텐츠 (4,000자로 잘림), 암호화된 클라우드 백업, RDAP 서버를 통한 도메인 조회, 시맨틱 검색을 위한 임베딩 벡터가 수집됩니다. 기본 프록시 모드에서는 이 데이터가 백엔드 API를 통해 처리됩니다. 임베딩 생성은 로그인 시 자동으로 수행되며 확장 프로그램 설정에서 비활성화할 수 있습니다.

도메인 보안 분석, 남용 방지, 위협 탐지 개선, 커뮤니티 보고서 표시, 계정 알림에 사용합니다.
정보 공유
개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. Cloudflare를 호스팅과 보안에 사용합니다.
쿠키
최소한의 쿠키 사용: 인증 토큰, 언어 설정, 필수 기능. 광고나 추적 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
데이터 보존
분석 결과는 24시간 캐시됩니다. 계정 데이터는 삭제까지 보존됩니다. 커뮤니티 신고는 영구 보존됩니다.
귀하의 권리

Crypto Fund Flow Trace Service
Data Collection
When you use our Crypto Fund Flow Trace service, we collect: the wallet address you submit for analysis, your email address (for delivering trace results), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details), and your IP address (for rate limiting and fraud prevention).
OFAC Sanctions Screening
As part of our trace analysis, addresses are automatically screened against the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and other international sanctions databases. This screening is performed to help identify potential sanctions violations and is disclosed here as required.
Data Processing & Retention
Trace results are stored for 90 days after completion, after which they are automatically deleted. During this period, you may request deletion of your trace data by contacting [email protected]. Your email address is used solely for delivering trace results and is not used for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis (GDPR)
Legal basis for processing (GDPR): Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — processing is necessary to deliver the trace service you purchased.
PCI Compliance
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ScamLens does not store, process, or transmit credit card data on our servers.
Geographic Restrictions
This service is not available to users in countries subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region). By using this service, you confirm that you are not located in or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
