ScamLens ("chúng tôi") cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.
Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Thu thập tự động
Khi sử dụng ScamLens: địa chỉ IP (được hash), loại trình duyệt, trang đã truy cập, truy vấn tên miền.
Thông tin tài khoản
Khi tạo tài khoản: email, tên hiển thị, mật khẩu hash, dữ liệu OAuth.
Đóng góp cộng đồng
Khi gửi báo cáo: tên miền, nội dung và loại, tên hiển thị, thời gian.
Tiện Ích OrangeDuck
Nếu bạn sử dụng tiện ích OrangeDuck cho Chrome: URL dấu trang, tiêu đề trang, nội dung trang (giới hạn 4.000 ký tự) cho phân tích AI, sao lưu đám mây mã hóa, tra cứu tên miền qua máy chủ RDAP và vector nhúng cho tìm kiếm ngữ nghĩa. Trong chế độ proxy mặc định, dữ liệu này được xử lý qua API backend. Tạo vector nhúng diễn ra tự động khi đăng nhập và có thể tắt trong cài đặt tiện ích.
Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin
Phân tích bảo mật tên miền, ngăn chặn lạm dụng, cải thiện phát hiện mối đe dọa, hiển thị báo cáo cộng đồng, thông báo tài khoản.
Chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Sử dụng Cloudflare cho hosting và bảo mật.
Cookie
Cookie tối thiểu: token xác thực, ngôn ngữ, chức năng thiết yếu. Không có cookie quảng cáo hoặc theo dõi.
Lưu giữ dữ liệu
Kết quả phân tích được lưu cache 24 giờ. Dữ liệu tài khoản lưu đến khi xóa. Báo cáo cộng đồng lưu vĩnh viễn.
Quyền của bạn
Truy cập dữ liệu, yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, từ chối tính năng cộng đồng, xuất dữ liệu. Liên hệ [email protected].
Bảo mật
Mã hóa HTTPS, mật khẩu hash, hạ tầng an toàn trên Cloudflare Workers.
Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách. Người dùng đã đăng ký sẽ được thông báo qua email.

Crypto Fund Flow Trace Service
Data Collection
When you use our Crypto Fund Flow Trace service, we collect: the wallet address you submit for analysis, your email address (for delivering trace results), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details), and your IP address (for rate limiting and fraud prevention).
OFAC Sanctions Screening
As part of our trace analysis, addresses are automatically screened against the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and other international sanctions databases. This screening is performed to help identify potential sanctions violations and is disclosed here as required.
Data Processing & Retention
Trace results are stored for 90 days after completion, after which they are automatically deleted. During this period, you may request deletion of your trace data by contacting [email protected]. Your email address is used solely for delivering trace results and is not used for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis (GDPR)
Legal basis for processing (GDPR): Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — processing is necessary to deliver the trace service you purchased.
PCI Compliance
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. ScamLens does not store, process, or transmit credit card data on our servers.
Geographic Restrictions
This service is not available to users in countries subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region). By using this service, you confirm that you are not located in or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
