Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

By using ScamLens, operated by Wayjet Limited Liability Company ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The Service

ScamLens provides website safety analysis and community reporting tools. Our analysis is based on multiple data sources but should not be considered definitive. A "safe" result does not guarantee a website is legitimate, and a "dangerous" result does not confirm it is malicious.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features like commenting. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Community Guidelines

When using community features (reports, comments, votes), you agree to: provide truthful and accurate information, not submit false or misleading reports, not harass or defame other users or legitimate businesses, not use automated tools to mass-submit reports.

Prohibited Use

You may not: use the Service to conduct attacks against websites, scrape or bulk-access our API without authorization, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, use the Service for any illegal purpose.

API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits and may require purchased tokens. API tokens are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to modify API pricing and limits with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our security analysis. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

ScamLens shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from relying on our security analysis.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Crypto Fund Flow Trace Service

Service Description

The Crypto Fund Flow Trace service maps how funds moved on-chain using publicly available blockchain data, helping you understand where the transfer went next.

Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, trace results may contain errors or omissions. Address labels are based on our database and may not be comprehensive. Risk scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be the sole basis for any legal, financial, or enforcement decision. Results should be independently verified by qualified professionals.

Refund Policy

If a trace fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Refunds for completed traces are not available, as the analysis has been performed and delivered. For questions about refunds, contact [email protected].

Permitted Use

Trace results may be used for personal investigation, compliance review, and reporting to law enforcement. Results may not be used as the sole evidence in legal proceedings without independent expert verification. Commercial redistribution of trace results requires prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

Trace reports, including AI-generated analysis and visualizations, are proprietary to ScamLens. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their purchased trace results for the purposes described above.
