Credits are the currency for AI-powered features on ScamLens. Basic domain and crypto checks are completely free. Credits are only consumed by AI features like risk summaries, deep investigations, and crypto fund tracing.
Can free users buy credits?
Yes. Any user can purchase credit packs on demand at any time. Pro and Max subscribers get discounted credit rates.
Do unused credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Subscription-included credits are valid for the current billing month and do not roll over.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You can continue using your plan until the end of the current billing period. Purchased credits remain available.
Is there a free trial for enterprise plans?
Yes. Starter and Business plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.
What payment methods are supported?
